Dr. Bradley J. Burket is a Bend Oregon physician and dentist specializing in Family Medicine and Dentistry. Dr. Burket treats dental patients of all ages. Although Family Medicine encompasses all ages, Dr.Burket has limited his practice is to women's care, obstetrics, pediatrics, and young adults. Even though each patient is unique, he generally refers patients over 60 to other physicians in the area.
Bradley John Burket was born in Iowa, then as a small child moved to Medford, Oregon with his parents, Dr. John Burket, a Dermatologist, and Janice Burket. He is from a close-knit family and has 2 brothers and 3 sisters. He attended Medford Senior High School, where he enjoyed a variety of sports, but especially loved football and skiing. He has remained a football fan and avid skier throughout his adult life. He loves spending time with his dad and siblings at his family's ranch in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
Dr. Burket has always known he'd enjoy a career in the health care. During high school, he got his first job in the industry, caring for the elderly at a local nursing home. The work proved challenging and rewarding, and solidified his desire to work as a health care professional.
After high school graduation he attended Southern Oregon State University in Ashland, Oregon then transferred to Willamette University in Salem, Oregon where he majored in Biology. He then attended dental school at Oregon Health Sciences University and went straight to medical school, also at OHSU.
During medical school, he married his wife, Julie, whom he's known since 7th grade. They've been married since 1990 and have 4 children, Quinn, Hayden, Skylar, and Adah, whom they adopted from China in 2006.
Julie manages the accounts payable for the office and stays busy managing the household and their kids' busy school and sports schedule. They love being together and going to all of the home Oregon Duck games, hunting in Klamath Falls, skiing, and relaxing when the opportunity arises!
Dr. Burket has built a unique practice designed to care for families. Patients love the convenience of having dental and medical care for their entire family, sometimes on the same visit!
